Our guards are trained before working in the field. Every guards goes through a 1 week classroom and hands on training, then 3 days in the field. We train all guards in the following,
De-Escalation and Verbal Judo, CPR, NARCAN, First-Aid, Use of Force, Minimum of 40 hours of pistol training, Less Lethal Weapons, and more.
We have strict enforced policies to ensure the lowest liability for our guards and clients.
